Terms of service

These are the terms on which TestedOK ("the service") is provided. By creating an account or using the command-line tool you agree to them. TestedOK is run by Shashi Kumar P ("we"); write to hello@testedok.dev with any question.

The service

TestedOK runs plain-English UI tests on your mobile apps, on simulators, emulators and devices you control, and records the results. It is provided in beta: features change, some are marked as such, and things will sometimes break. We will tell account holders before anything that costs money is introduced.

Your account

You need a confirmed email address to use the service beyond the dashboard. Keep your credentials and API tokens to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with them. You must be at least 16.

What you may not do

Use the service to test apps you have no right to test. Try to reach other customers' data. Send us mail or traffic intended to disrupt the service or others. Resell the service without agreement. Reverse-engineer the tool for the purpose of extracting its models or credentials.

Your content

You own your flows, your apps and everything a run records about them. You grant us the right to store and process that content in order to provide the service, and nothing more. We do not train models on your content.

Fixtures and mail

Temporary inbox addresses we create for you may receive mail; that mail is yours and is deleted with the inbox. Do not use them to sign up for services in ways that breach those services' terms.

Credits and payment

During the beta every account receives credits without charge. Credits are not money and cannot be exchanged for it. Paid plans may be introduced later; you will be told well in advance, and what you have built stays yours whether or not you pay.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and to keep your data safe, and we will tell you if something goes wrong with your data. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during the beta is nothing.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will say why. If we shut the service down, we will give account holders 30 days' notice and a way to export their flows and run history.

Changes

We will change these terms as the product changes and note the date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to account holders first.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are to be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
